Refund policy

All sales are final — every map is custom-made. Each EDITION W map is produced individually from the place, map area, size and orientation you choose and approve. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections or dissatisfaction with the chosen map area. Please review your preview carefully before ordering.

Pre-orders. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before we confirm production and capture the payment. Just reply to your order confirmation or write to hello@editionw.com.

Damaged or defective items. This does not affect your rights if your map arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Natural material. Wood grain, color and engraving tone vary naturally from piece to piece and from the on-screen preview; this is not a defect.
