Terms of service

1. Seller. This store is operated by Peter Ambrozy GmbH, Claude-Dornier-Straße 57, 73760 Ostfildern, Germany ("EDITION W", "we"). Contact: hello@editionw.com.

2. Pre-orders. We are currently preparing our production launch. Every order placed now is a pre-order. When you place a pre-order, your card is authorized for the order amount but not charged. A pre-order is a reservation: a binding purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm production to you by email and capture the payment. Until then, you and we may cancel the pre-order at any time without cost. If we do not confirm production, the authorization is released and you are never charged.

3. Your design. Each map is made to order from the place, map area, size and orientation you choose and approve in our preview. The approved design is saved with your order and is the design we produce.

4. Prices. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping, taxes and import duties for delivery to the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.

5. Final sale. Because every map is custom-made, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for damaged or defective items.

6. Natural material. Wood grain, color and engraving tone vary naturally and may differ from the on-screen preview.

7. Map data. Maps are created from OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors. Map data may be incomplete or out of date; the map is decorative and not suitable for navigation.

8. Governing law. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
